I believe it is the song is "Overture" from Phantom of the Opera. The parody was from a scene in Phantom of the Opera. That was a very funny episode. The funniest part to me was when Spongebob was at the movie theater and disintegrated the female fish next to him with his breath! ^_^ Also, I like the part when the fish jump on the hooks and pulled the rope to get away from Spongebob's breath. ^_^
