I've watched practically EVERY episode, but not once have I seen a turtle. Maybe an eel, or a dolphin, but no turtles. Is there something I missed or have you noticed this as well?

The writers probably forgot about them. I've seen Sea monsters, Sharks, and even Chimps, but no turtles... It's probably a conspiracy.
