Please help me people i am a really big fan of spongebob but please tell me how old he is. Every spongebob fan shold know, i dident know the answer and i have been a fan for 5 years now! Please help!

like the simpsons, they don't age, they remain the same age as the show(s) is / are frozen in one time period.

over the 20 plus year run of the simpsons, homer was a teen in the 60's the 70's and the 80's in various flashbacks. its the same with spongebob.

How old are all the spongebob charachters?

How old are all the charachters because I think the show has gotten dumber and I want to know if they act their age.. So how old is each character, I don't want to know how old the show is but how old the characters are in the show. ^-^

Mr. Crabs - Most Crabs live 1 or 2 years. Mr. Crabs is middle-aged so he's about 1/2 or 1 year old.
Pearl - Most sharks live to be 20 or 30. Pearl is a teenager so I'd say she's around 6 years old.
Sandy - Squirrels live 3 to 6 years. Sandy is in human terms a twenty something so i'd say she's 1 or 2 years old.
Plankton - Plankton live for months up to a year. Planktons middle aged so he's at least a few months old.
Patrick - Starfish live about 35 years. Patrick is also a twenty something so he's 8 or 9 years old.
Squidward - Squid live 1 to 2 years. That makes squidward a little over a half year old if he lives to a ripe old age.
Spongebob - Sea Sponges live about 10 years so I'd say spongebob is 2 years old.
