Q. Do the characters on spongebob represent the seven deadly sins? Or anything else for that matter? I know a lot of people think this, but I would like some proof on whether or not it's true.

It was originally intended as a children's show and nothing more. Spongebob has been going on for quite some time now and it's obvious that the people working on it have been switched. Now, it seems there are a lot of hidden, 'dirty' meanings in the show and I could see how people think they could be representing the 7 deadly sins. It was honestly just something someone made up, and it got popular. There is no proof to it thus far, but I suppose the creators will have to post something online saying it wasn't intended.
