I have a better solution (a free solution)
Go to the HandBrake website (in sources) and download the version relative to your computer (Mac or PC) and go and find whatever DVD you want (in this case, SpongeBob or Drake and Josh) and put it in your computer (or mac). Go to HandBrake and find the dvd. Then choose on the right "iPhone/iPod Touch" and press "start". Then put the completed .mp4 on iTunes and load it up onto your iTouch.
And yes, you can copy rented DVDs but I think thats illegal so I wouldn't recommend it.

if you look at the preseason poll out of the top twenty teams in the preseason. 8 teams are no longer ranked if you include Louisville who will definatly be out of the polls. The only really way people rank teams really is based on prestige I mean how is it florida state gets ranked after going 6-6 last year.
