Anyone remember when Spongebob was done with puppets?

There was a point a few years back where they were advertising the Fairly Oddparents, and they'd come up at the bottom of the screen and turn all the Spongebob characters into puppets for part of the episode. Anyone remember this? (I specifically remember the "Hooking" episode) Is there any place online that would have video of this?

So my daughter, who is 4 years old, is going to a costume party at her friends house. They are dressing up like Spongebob characters, and she REALLY wants to be Mrs. Grisslepuss from the Spongebob episode -Banned in Bikini Bottom- unfortuneately, I don't really know how to make this costume?
