A little while ago I read a story on Creepypasta and I can't seem to find it. It's about this lady who goes to some hospital and she kind of reminds you of a mannequin, and the nurses and doctors clean her up and then they want to do something to her but she doesn't want to and then she smiles and has crazy sharp teeth and she gets up and attacks this doctor, and when he says "who are you?" she says "I am God". Could anyone tell me what this article is and give me the link?

Not much, but the way people depict it, it is:
1. Creepypastas, such as Squidward's Suicide and the Seven Deadly Sins of Spongebob, make the show have a little bit of creepiness to it.
2. The episode "Gary Takes a Bath" was known for a clip showing a cross eyed Southern girl giggling. It was shortly banned in a few countries because it was deemed too frightening for children.
That's about it. SpongeBob isn't too scary, but those two things COULD make it a little scary.
