Japan is too strict about copyrights on internet, especially music and movies. So I think you can't find it online. The only way is to buy it.

i cant find it anywhere, i havnt actrully looked in stores but online, ive been on ebay, game stop, some other website and i cant find The Spongebob Squarepants movie video game for the wii but i can find it for xbox and playstation and stuff but do you know where i could find it for the wii??

The game was released on February 6, 2005. The Wii wasn't ever out yet (released November 19, 2006), but you can play GameCube games on the Wii, so find the GC version to play it on.
