The only one I can think of is Mr. Krabs being Greed.

He is jealous of Mr Krabs success and goes so far as to steal the secret recipe.
Sandy = Pride
She takes pride in the state of Texas.
Patrick = Sloth
He doesn't work or have a job. All he does is sleep under his rock.
Gary = Gluttony
Notice how often in the show where SpongeBob, when he speaks about Gary, is when he has to feed him. When SpongeBob went away for a while, Gary started eating the furniture.
Wrath = Squidward
Squidward is oftentimes, bitter and angry as to how his life turned out. His anger is furthered increased when SpongeBob is involved.
Lust = SpongeBob
SpongeBob represents lust due to his over obsession of love for others. This love is not healthy, and usually causes annoyance for the citizens of Bikini Bottom.

Melancholy = Mrs Puff
In some religions, there are seven deadly sins, while in some, there are even more. Mrs Puff represents melancholy due to her despair of the trouble that SpongeBob causes her.
