Chipmunks have cheek pouches. Squirrels do not. Chipmunks often have longitudinal lines running down their backs. Squirrels don't. Chipmunks are smaller in body size.

I started collecting the single DVDs of SpongeBob before the boxed sets come out. Are there any episodes on seasons 1 2 or 3 that are only available on the set?? Any that have not been added to any single DVDs before the season came out?!
