Q. ok i want to make a spongebob edited so badly!!! but i dont know how with windows movie maker vista!!! ok i looked at this vid on youtube and it had xp and so when i went to put the bad word in and try 2 mute the other part it didnt have mute....please help!!!!!!

you have to split the section you want and go to the audio tab on the top. you will see mute and you will be able to mute that section.

hi, i made a spongebob edited video of pizza delivery. its one of those videos where you take the video edit some of the picture and then edit the audio with vulgar sound clips to make it amusing. it immidiatly got removed by viacom. can i dispute this? if so how?
thanks idil i did have some of the video edited and gave credit. im pretty sure that the people at viacom are hardasses though and i filled out a dispute which im pretty confident i'll win
also meh internets "fart sounds" are not exactly what i meant by vulgar content

This is what I put on the description of my videos on youtube:
For example I used a KPOP song on my video and I wrote this:

I do not own any of this content in this video. However, the content within the video all belongs to SMTown and Sony. I am using this for entertainment purposes only.

^ You see? [:

Just replace the SMTown and Sony with the owners of Spongebob and blahblah.

Upload the video again on youtube and if the video has any music or sound, make it a higher voice. :3
That helps from copyright infringement.

You can download the spongebob episodes from youtube with a youtube downloader, limewire, and torrents, which are files used to get things for free.

As for the editing program, I use windows movie maker, but Sony Vegas 5 mostly. I would use windows movie maker because you already have it.

Now once you have the clip, find where a curse word would fit and be funny. Then once you know where you want it, splice the word. After you have made the spliced word(s) clear, mute a clip that looks like spongebob is saying it, and use it as an overlay. It takes alot of work, and your first video is going to be not that good. It should reach about 2 minutes at least.

When your video is done, publish it, and upload it to youtube. However, be careful. A copyright company named "Viacom" owns nick, which owns spongebob. You are messing around with copyrighted material and it shouldn't be taken lightly. If they catch one of your videos, you get a copyright strike. When you get caught for the 3rd time, your account gets deleted, so be careful. But have fun.
